7m3 capacity. 45m3/hr volumetric mobile mixer fitted with 18,000 kgs capacity split bin aggregate hopper (8000 kg sand = 10,000 kg stone). 3200kg capacity cement bin both aggregates and cement are accurately controlled via patented measuring system giving precise control for quality concrete throughout the mix. 1800ltr capacity polyurethane water tank with 100psi water and wash-down system, volume control and litre counter. 2 x 50 ltr polyurethane additive tanks with volume control and litre counter, variable speed extra wide supply conveyor belt feeding into a 225 diameter 4 metre long variable speed mixing / discharge auger fitted with adjustable mixing boot for precise fully homogenised continuous mixing. The rear-mounted auger is fully hydraulic with remote controls via a 12mtr wandering lead for raise, lower and 180 degree slewing, together with 3 x 1mtr clip-on extension chutes also hydraulically operated giving full and precise control of the discharge operation. Hydraulic oil tank capacity 600ltrs. Aggregate and cement bins are fitted with external air operated vibrators each having independent control. Complete unit fitted onto year 1999 ’V’ reg Mercedes Atego 2628, 6x4 cab/chassis fitted with 280 bhp Mercedes engine. Power supplied to mixer via a Sauer transmission pump with independent control at rear of mixer. Fully serviced, repaired, sandblasted and repainted grey/white.
