9m3 capacity. 40m3/hr maximum output. Fitted with 18,000 kgs capacity split bin aggregate storage hopper (8000 kg sand = 10,000 kg stone). 4000 kg capacity cement bin mounted on electronic weigh cells giving precise doses. Aggregates are measured via an extremely accurate measuring system, which in turn is linked to the onboard touch-screen control panel that also allows for radio remote control and cab-mounted printer facilites. Water is measured via an analogue and LCD display with high and low pressure available and a storage capacity of 2000ltrs. Mixing is carried out by a 1.6 metre long special mixing auger fitted with a fully adjustable mixing boot which unclips for immediate and full cleaning access. The concrete is discharged onto a 300mm wide super-fast discharge conveyor belt, which can extend from 2 metres to 5 metres and is hydraulically operated for left, right, raise and lower. 1 x 30 litre admix tank with electric metering device. Complete unit is automatically greased by its own onboard lubrication system measuring and regularly greasing all moving parts. The complete unit is powered via a 35hp Perkins silent pack auxiliary engine with separate diesel tank. Hydraulic oil tank capacity is 200 litres. Ready to mount onto suitable 8x4 cab/chassis / tipper or can be supplied with sub-chassis/platform to work as on-site batching plant.
