Approx. 36m3/hour max output. Comprising 4 x *20 ton capacity aggregate storage bins discharging onto a weighing conveyor belt which in turn feeds into a *1250 litre capacity skip, mounted onto inclined rails feeding into a *750 litre pan mixer witha wet concrete output of *500 litres(*0.5m3 concrete). Complete with fully automated PLC control with HMI interface, key pad and monitor with fully functional control panels together with 40 ton low level cement silo with discharge auger and weigh pod. Concrete can be fed directly into dumpers or skips or onto a 12m long discharge conveyor allowing the use of truck mixers. The unit comes with all necessary extras including water system, walkways and rails. Complete with full set of workshop and parts manuals, calibration certificates etc. Serial no. C5177.
